What is an energy survey?

An energy survey involves looking at the energy field of a property and locating any negative areas that can impact the well being of those who live there.

This would involve checking for areas of geopathic stress, including leylines, vortexes, underground water and portals. Also looking for the presence of elementals, curses, old grave sites, ghosts, entities and energy imprints.

Why do you need an energy survey?

 

​​​​Before you buy a house you are probably thinking of having a structural survey done to check the integrity of the building and to give you an idea of any work to be done. You probably don`t want to find too many surprises after purchase, like termites or rotting wood!

​

When you take over a house that has been lived in by strangers, they may have left behind more than dirt and garbage. Maybe baachan`s ghost is still hanging out in the kitchen!

In fact here can be many types of unseen things left behind that can affect the atmosphere of the house. Which will affect how easily it will be for you to make this a home.

 

This is where an energetic survey comes in. 

I can ascertain if theres anything creepy lurking in the shadows and what other kinds of energy are affecting the property. And most importantly determine if all these can be removed. ​​

You might be thinking that you are fine having baachans ghost in the kitchen but this presence actually creates an area of negative energy which can have a detrimental effect on your physical and mental well being. Issues such as insomnia, stress, brain fog, emotional imbalance, unease, etc. can be linked to unseen negativity around us.

How do I work?

I work by remote viewing. Which means that I do not need to physically visit a place to be able to interact with the energy field. I just need the location, a drawing of the property boundary and a floor plan and permission from you to tune in.

I will able to sense any presences and geopathic stress at that location. I can then remove any ghosts or entities and deal with other issues.

 

I offer pre and post purchase services.

Before you buy the house I can do a survey to see what negativity is present at that time. I will send you an email detailing what I found.

Once you own the house I can then proceed to do a clearing and remove the negativity. 

​After I have finished the clearing I will schedule a live video call, at a time that is convenient for you, and I will explain what I   cleared.

I also offer a free check up in the weeks following in case you feel that I might have missed something.

What exactly do I clear? 

​

The following is a list of what I look for and the chances of permanent removal.

​

Ghosts:

A part of a human that has stayed behind after death,  Whether the death was natural, suicide or murder.

This process of getting ghosts to move on is often called spirit rescue.

These are one of the easier things to remove.

​

Entities:

Non human life forms that are attracted to certain places. For example poltergeists.

These are relatively easy to remove.

​

Energy imprints:

These are like echos of any kind of trauma left behind by people that are still alive. For example on a doorstep where someone received bad news, or a chair where a seriously depressed person sat every night. 

These are easy to remove.

Curses:

These can be put on a property by people who often aren`t even aware of what they are doing.  I have found that these are often set because of property or money disputes.

Relatively easy to remove.

Objects:

Old furniture or religious artifacts can have a negative energy attached.

Man made portals:

Not so common.

Easy to remove.

ET portals:

Not so common.

Easy to remove.

Graves:

Sometimes houses are built on what was once a grave. There might not always be a haunting attached but this can be a source of negative energy.

Easy to remove.

Elementals:

These are nature spirits like fairies. They are not happy when us humans decide to built a house on top of one of their houses! 

Difficult to remove. They were there first!

Interdimensional portals:

Doorways to other planes and realities. Non human beings use these to travel back and forth between dimensions. Imagine these like an airport. Not good to have in your house.

It is possible to ask for these to be moved but can be difficult.

Underground water:

There are naturally occuring underground streams of water running through rock all over the earth.  These interact with the magnetic field of the earth and can have a negative effect on the human body. 

These cannot be moved but can temporarily be turned positive.

Vortexes:

These are like acupuncture points on the earths energy field. They are like mini tornados spiralling upwards. They have an unsettling effect on the body.

Ley lines:

These are the earths meridian lines. They cover the entire planet. They come in various sizes and power.

These cannot be removed but can temporarily be turned positive

​I grew up in Ireland and moved to Japan 30 years ago.

I have been doing energy clearings for over 20 years and have clients in many countries worldwide.

20 years ago I started checking for negative geopathic stress by dowsing onsite but over time discovered that I could zone in on an area remotely and pick up the same information. Having this distance made it a whole lot easier for me to work as some of the negativity in old houses can be very overwhelmimg when onsite. 

​​

I find helping ghosts to move on is very satisfying work as they are happy to leave. They had just gotten stuck for some reason and they often try to make their presence known in the hopes that someone will help them.

Sometimes however there can be a malicious haunting but these can be dealt with too.
